Gladiora™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address details.

If a package cannot be delivered due to address issues, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


5. Customs, Duties & Delays

For international orders, all product prices and shipping costs are final. No additional customs duties, taxes, or fees will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

However, customs procedures in certain countries may cause delays that are beyond our control.

For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and the product to help us resolve the issue.
